Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were big and really comfortable, but they had an unpleasant cigarette odor even though they are supposed to be smoke-free. The air conditioning unit was great, but the rooms were not clean and very noisy at times. The service was pleasant and accommodating, but there were instances where they didn't seem to address complaints effectively. The location was convenient, being downtown and close to everything I needed to go to, but the busy road nearby was a drawback. The dining options were limited, and they tended to run out of food early. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offers value for money.
The hotel has a prime location close to popular attractions like Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach, and the Palace of Fine Arts, with great eateries and shops within walking distance. The rooms are still under construction but are comfortable overall, though there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell from the last guest. The service is top-notch, especially for first-timers in SF, although it lacked a bit of organization at times. The dining experience had some issues with food availability, but there were fresh unlimited pancakes. The facilities are satisfactory, but improvements could be made.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and basic, but I found the pricing a bit high for what was offered. Unfortunately, there was no microwave available in the room, which was a downside. On the positive side, the room had a fresh coat of paint which made it feel newly refreshed.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and not far from Fisherman's Wharf, but there were safety concerns and plenty of other hotel options around. The rooms, despite being designated as smoke-free, had a persistent cigarette odor and unwelcome roaches. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being accommodating while others were intrusive and unprofessional. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited selections and early shortages. Facilities were adequate, but not exceptional.
